Why I failed to login?

Please confirm that the account ID and the password you entered is corret. There might be some reasons that makes you cannot login a new account:
(1) The spelling of your account ID, the spelling of your password.
(2) Need captital letters or not.
(3) Did you press the Caps Lock or Num Lock button by mistake?
